The Pan Eros Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit, sex-positive, and a cultural and educational icon in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to providing a space and platform for sex and kink education, Pan Eros is also the producer of the brilliant, annual Seattle Erotic Arts Festival (SEAF). I am proud to be on its board of directors and an organizer of SEAF.

KEMS (Kink Education Minimum Standards) is a set of ethical standards for kink instructors. It has two parts:
- The code of conduct sets expectations for how instructors should behave.
- The mandatory disclosures give students the information they need to find instructors who are aligned with their values.
KEMS is short and simple: most instructors should be able to read and adopt it in less than 10 minutes.
