The video "Minimum Frequency Vs. The Jesus Sandal" actually also teaches the Jug Sling Knot. The problem is that it doesn't actually show the Jug Sling Knot being applied in detail. This is intended to remedy that. So here is Minimum Frequency - one more time for this trip (he goes back home tomorrow after Covid-isolating for a week with us). We've had SO much fun this week. We realize how lucky we are that none of us was really symptomatic at all.
